Our Mission
Established in April of 2008, our mission today is the same as then. We strive to keep people in their homes with loan modifications to reduce monthly mortgage payments, reduce the principal balance, and some cases eliminate the second lien altogether.
The failing economy has had an adverse affect on all Americans. We have lost faith in our government to create new jobs, and stop the declining housing market.
In 2008 the banks and lenders were slow to recognize the severity of both the decline of housing market, and how the failing economy would affect every household in America.
In September of 2007, Doc Sullivan retired from a 25-year career in the lending industry. Doc saw the housing decline coming over the horizon. However, not even the most-savvy of economists could predict how severe it would become. Recently Yahoo Finance stated one out of every eight homes was vacant. Don’t be a victim.
